Briefing Session: We meet with you to discuss your requirements and then draft a plan tailored to you which will include your business objectives and ambitions; your detailed candidate profile and the role specification as well as the project timeline and costs

Sourcing Your Candidates: We utilise our vast global network to identify and source a selection of available candidates which we will then shortlist for your review.

Candidate Selection: Having chosen an interim candidate from the pool of candidates we have provided for you, we will then manage the administration of the offer process to the agreed terms and conditions that you have set out in your previous briefing session with us.

Candidate Placement and our After Care Service: A successful interim placement requires close management support to enable the candidate to meet and exceed your expectations.
