Responsibilities
- Own the Product documentation and liaise between Tech, Product and Marketing teams to deliver content for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and create supporting documents within the product team.
- Provide case scenarios and documentation to create an improved customer experience.
- Manage updates and revisions for technical literature.
Background
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills well versed from a Technology /Fintech environment.
- Proficiency in MS office and google suite.
- Proven experience working in a technical writing position.
- Strong attention to detail.
