Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the CRM program across EMEA.
  • Define required database architecture to encompass all available touchpoints.
  • Develop a segmented outbound communications program to help customers learn more about their phones and available services.
  • Ensure the CRM program drives word of mouth, brand awareness, increased preference and consideration.

Background

  • Well versed in online/e-tail business.
  • EMEA experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex objectives and programs. 
  • Strong analytical skills.
