EMEA CRM Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the CRM program across EMEA.
- Define required database architecture to encompass all available touchpoints.
- Develop a segmented outbound communications program to help customers learn more about their phones and available services.
- Ensure the CRM program drives word of mouth, brand awareness, increased preference and consideration.
Background
- Well versed in online/e-tail business.
- EMEA experience.
- Ability to manage multiple complex objectives and programs.
- Strong analytical skills.
