Salesforce Administrator and Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce administration across the international sales region.
- Develop standard operating procedures and ensure that training and updates are delivered to the international field sales team.
- Deliver timely reports to the management team enabling a better understanding of the business.
- Investigate and collate business information requirements from the executive team and translate these back into new CRM systems configuration as appropriate.
Background
- Experienced in administering Salesforce CRM in a B2B environment.
- Ability to capture feedback and influence changes with sales leaders across the business.
- Project oriented with a background in working at companies with high sales order values and long sales lead times.
- Sales Cloud certification is highly advantageous.
