Salesforce Administrator and Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce administration across the international sales region.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and ensure that training and updates are delivered to the international field sales team.
  • Deliver timely reports to the management team enabling a better understanding of the business.
  • Investigate and collate business information requirements from the executive team and translate these back into new CRM systems configuration as appropriate.

Background

  • Experienced in administering Salesforce CRM in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to capture feedback and influence changes with sales leaders across the business.
  • Project oriented with a background in working at companies with high sales order values and long sales lead times.
  • Sales Cloud certification is highly advantageous.
