Play an integral part in delivering communications that engage global internal audiences as part of a company wide change programme.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging comms that drive the transformation programme.
- Deliver a range of comms that motivate and inform teams across the organisation, irrespective of function/discipline.
- Ensure all activity is authentic, credible and easily accessible for all levels and backgrounds.
- Build effective relationships with key internal stakeholders
Background:
- Strong track record of internal comms delivery gained in B2B technology environment, specifically within a large and diverse international organisations.
- Focused change management/transformation comms experience is essential.
- Comfortable using multiple channels to deliver messaging.
- Proven ability to build effective and lasting relationships with stakeholders.
