Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver field marketing activities in the UK.
- Create integrated and comprehensive marketing campaigns and programs to support sales and reach revenue goals.
- Manage customer marketing activities, focusing on increasing existing new and existing customer usage through roll out, adoption and retention programs.
- Own and manage the content for the UK web sites.
Background
- Strong track record in strategic and tactical marketing gain within the Telecommunications or IT sectors.
- Direct response marketing background to include the design and development of strategic new customer contact streams, compelling messaging and offers in an online environment.
- Excellent experience in customer marketing plus a full understanding of the customer lifecycle i.e roll-out, adoption and retention programmes.
- Man management experience would be an advantage.
