Responsibilities
- Manage EMEA Consumer team data, both prospecting/new, trialists, active/existing and expired customers.
- Make sure data is of high quality, clean and usable in the short, medium and longer term, including systems are in place to ensure this continued accuracy.
- Manage the structure and integrity of the EMEA Consumer data architecture and work alongside the Global Data functions to ensure that the best solution is available for local and regions teams.
- Output data for use within the Responsys email systems, creating all queries for marketing or internal communications.
Background
- Extensive experience in a data management position within the technology arena.
- Background in either/both B2B and B2C marketing database management, including architecture, setup and output.
- Experience and understanding of how eCommerce 'actually works'
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
