Responsibilities
- Implement closed loop marketing disciplines and appropriate supporting systems.
- Define, plan and manage the database marketing strategy.
- Develop and implement a "tier-1" lead generation process.
- Drive data-driven activities that have the most commercial impact on pipeline.
Background
- Marketing operations background gained within a fast paced IT/Telecoms vendor organisation.
- Experience of database marketing techniques within a large commercial organisation or a marketing agency.
- Previous exposure to closed loop marketing, enterprise-scale marketing systems (e.g. SFDC, Siebel ), data protection implementation strategies, market analysis, segmentation and reporting.
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
