  • Define, plan and manage the database marketing strategy.
  • Develop and implement a "tier-1" lead generation process.
  • Drive data-driven activities that have the most commercial impact on pipeline.


Background

  • Marketing operations background gained within a fast paced IT/Telecoms vendor organisation.
  • Experience of database marketing techniques within a large commercial organisation or a marketing agency.
  • Previous exposure to closed loop marketing, enterprise-scale marketing systems (e.g. SFDC, Siebel ), data protection implementation strategies, market analysis, segmentation and reporting.
  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
