Responsibilities
- Work with the Marketing Communications Manager to devise, implement, monitor and report on all email marketing activities and associated landing pages.
- Propose new structure for the company website which balances the needs of the business, the constraints of existing online structure, whilst capitalises on contemporary web development, social trends and product opportunities.
- Devise and implement strategies to enhance the company SEM performance in key search engines through SEO and PPC.
- Measure the website performance, including drop off rates, availability, conversions etc and make suggestions for ongoing improvement.
Background
- Proven track record of website development and integration into the wider marketing programmes.
- Strong technical skills (experience of leveraging relevant web apps such as: ASP.NET / Flash / Ajax / JS etc) added to an understanding of marketing concepts.
- Experience of an enterprise-class web analytics tool such as Omniture and of a CMS such as MS SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to write marketing copy.
