Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global strategy to improve churn and grow the ARPU for the customer base.
- Manage ongoing retention activity internationally to ensure support of the projected retention goals.
- Identify key segments for ARPU growth and deliver strategies to cross and up sell to these customers.
- Take ownership of all online activity, in addition to maintaining an awareness of competitor activity.
Background
- Substantial senior management experience in retention strategy development and implementation gained within a consumer led environment, ideally telecommunications.
- Track record in the successful delivery of measurable campaigns to a diverse and rapidly changing customer base.
- Inspirational approach with the ability to build and lead a dynamic team.
- Commercially astute and a strong written and verbal communicator.
