The disruptive marketer will push you to your limits and may even undermine your authority in the process. You’ll be tested on every front and those without the courage (and evidence) of their convictions need not let the door hit them in the backside on the way out.

A disruptive marketer is not for the faint hearted. They need a wide berth but they need guidance and most importantly, they need to be able to do their job with the full support of their manager. Their style and approach needs to be a perfect match to your business too. Success was never going to be easy.
