Due to impressive growth, the marketing team was struggling to meet all the marketing demands placed on them by the business, across the full spectrum of channels but with a specific pain point in the area of Account-based Marketing.
They therefore required additional support with ABM campaigns and were in need of an ABM marketing expert who knew the function inside-out and could deliver huge ROI to the business, not just during their contract but in the months and years after.
The successful interim ABM Marketing Manager was required for three main duties and responsibilities:
- To run and execute regional European ABM campaigns.
- To produce campaign plans for ABM accounts
- Project manage all campaigns end-to-end, ensuring they met objectives and were delivered on time and to budget
The successful applicant required previous ABM experience, with an impressive knowledge of working in the B2B tech sector – something which can often be extremely difficult. If that wasn’t enough, crucially they needed to be currently available for a short term contract with an immediate start – another factor which can be incredibly challenging to find the most talented professionals at short notice as the company needed someone to start as soon as possible.
