Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creation of product content to build awareness around the solution and boost adoption of the product by users.
• Writing content pieces such as blog articles, email sequences, web pages etc…
• Managing the user community to provide them with relevant content.
• Create pre-sales materials to pitch the latest features.

Background:

• An exceptional writer and editor. You have experience writing product-focused content including blogs, use cases, website copy, sales collateral, marketing emails etc for a B2B SaaS company.
• Good knowledge of CMS tools like WordPress and content automation tools.
• Experience of community management and event organisation (including webinars).
• Quantitative, analytical and technical mindset.
