An award winning provider of omni-channel cloud communications, contact centre solutions and CRM applications require a Content Marketing Specialist to join their forward thinking marketing team.

The ideal candidate will assist the Marketing Team Leader to create compelling marketing content that will be used to nurture contacts through the marketing funnel to ultimately MQL status.

Responsibilities:
  

• You will generate content which stands out from the crowd and creates awareness/understanding of unique product strengths.
• Support campaign work across international markets as necessary.
• Contribute to and coordinate the generation of all marketing collateral. 
• Update the marketing database and CRM as required.

Background:
  

• Strong writing skills with proven experience of creating content across multiple channels. 
• Demonstrable experience of running marketing campaigns, including digital.
• Proven track record of working with and improving a CRM or similar system.
• Must be able to coach, train and mentor others.
