Contract: Customer Reference Manager

As Customer Reference Manager you will be responsible for partnering with the sales organisation to ensure that customers are leveraged throughout the sales cycle.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Support sales by fulfilling requests for reference customers.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through day-to-day activities.
  • Partner with the Customer Advocacy team in the implementation of the formal reference program.
  • Manage and monitor customer reference activity, ensuring accurate and fresh data.
  • Manage weekly go-live product updates in the Customer Access Center.

Background:

  • Experience of working in a similar role, working with customer advocacy programs.
  • Previous experience of using Salesforce for account management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams as well as customers.
  • Strong strategic thinker, and data driven.
