As Customer Reference Manager you will be responsible for partnering with the sales organisation to ensure that customers are leveraged throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales by fulfilling requests for reference customers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through day-to-day activities.
- Partner with the Customer Advocacy team in the implementation of the formal reference program.
- Manage and monitor customer reference activity, ensuring accurate and fresh data.
- Manage weekly go-live product updates in the Customer Access Center.
Background:
- Experience of working in a similar role, working with customer advocacy programs.
- Previous experience of using Salesforce for account management.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams as well as customers.
- Strong strategic thinker, and data driven.
