As Lifecycle Marketing Manager you will manage customer email campaigns from brief to execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to build and implement customer campaigns. Please note that this is a 6 month contract, due to start immediately.
- Build customer marketing programs such as onboarding, nurture, and cross-sell/upsell email campaigns.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on the campaign approach including messaging hierarchy, goals, content, targeting and results.
- Develop campaign content, ensuring customer marketing best practices are adhered to.
- Define and drive list and segmentation approach.
- Experience in B2B customer marketing and best practices is essential, preferably within the technology sector.
- Knowledge of CRM and email best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo or similar.
- Experience in analysing customer, business and industry data to drive business.
