Corporate Communications Lead

As Corporate Communications Lead, you will be responsible for developing and working with the country in-house and agency teams to implement creative communications programmes that engage, align, and inspire target audiences across the UK and Ireland, Northern Europe and emerging markets.
  
This is a contract role until January 2024, due to start as soon as possible.
  
Responsibilities:

• • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders in the region and across EMEA.
  • Lead in-house teams and external PR agencies across the region, ensuring delivery of results against critical metrics and building high-quality reports that demonstrate the contribution of communications to business targets.
  • Work with employee communications and other functions in the region to support internal and executive communications.
  • Provide counsel to leaders and teams in the region,  encouraging confidence in the communications function.
  • Work collaboratively with the EMEA corporate communications team to build and develop thought leadership campaigns and content.
  • Lead strategic pan-EMEA thought leadership campaigns across the year.

Background:

• An average of 10 years of B2B communications experience, implementing successful ongoing public relations campaigns in Northern Europe, ideally with a global technology company.
• Confirmed ability to deliver outstanding results in a B2B environment.
• Strong creative thinking, writing, communications, problem-solving, management, technical, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate and build links at all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership, marketing, sales, and support.
• Strong operational and organisational skills to bring new insights to the team and see ideas through to completion.
• A confirmed capacity to run the day-to-day PR campaigns and work on a variety of projects at one time with varying goals.
