CRM Campaign Manager
We’re looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to help a leading global fintech business engage and empower millions of their customers throughout the customer life cycle.

- Working with the Global Marketing team you will develop and execute Lifecycle Marketing strategies to decrease churn and drive revenue.
- Manage activation, engagement and churn management campaigns for the customer base.
- Analyse campaign performance and business trends to develop insights and strategic recommendations for future campaign optimization.
- Develop and document mobile/WhatsApp and email best practices, performance benchmarks, technology and data needs.
- Lifecycle marketing expertise, including email marketing and/or mobile-engagement marketing gained within a tech focused business, ideally to a significantly sized customer base.
- Proficient with cloud-based customer engagement or marketing cloud platforms and other email marketing tools.
- Proven track record of report review and analysis, generating quality strategic insights and recommendations.
- Able to work in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment, independently at times, taking ownership of projects and delivering under pressure.
C£50K + bonus
