Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage CRM operational processes and tooling. 
• Implement integrated CRM campaigns.
• Manage customer segmentation across different product splits. 
• Create content for email marketing campaigns. 

Background:

• Prior experience in a CRM role for a brand or agency. 
• A data driven and ROI focused approach. 
• Demonstrable experience with CRM and Martech tools. 
• Strong content and communications creation experience.
