Customer Marketing Manager

Unique and award winning B2B SaaS vendor driving significant change in the MarTech space, used and trusted by leading Fortune 500 global brands. Due to rapid growth they are looking to hire a passionate, driven and creative customer marketing manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver innovative programmes, based around the vice of the customer, which increase adoption across EMEA.
- Engage with and drive the development of the global EMEA user community, sharing best practice, networking, driving referrals etc.
- Manage upsell and cross sell campaigns across the customer portfolio, partnering closely with sales teams.
- Ensure the development of long term relationships with key customers, turning them into powerful advocates for the business.
Background:
- Proven customer marketing expertise gained in a B2B tech environment, SaaS ideally.
- A true passion for customer engagement and turning customers into advocates.
- Proven track record of leading and executing international cross-channel integrated campaigns.
- Broad knowledge if CRM tools, ideally HubSpot or similar.
