Director, Customer Marketing
- Develop and execute targeted customer focused campaigns, events and webinars to educate and engage Enterprise customers.
- Work with customer sales teams and product marketing to understand customer product adoption and create a marketing plan to increase product usage.
- Understand value proposition and messaging, adopting it for local markets and customer activities as needed.
- Work cross functionally to execute customer campaigns - with a priority on customer retention and generating upsell pipeline.
- Prior marketing experience with a strong customer focus, preferably in a SaaS or other tech business.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with customer advocacy and customer marketing execution tactics, including account based marketing.
- Demonstrable ability to build impactful integrated marketing programs driving customer engagement, education and upsell pipeline.
- Experience working closely with sales and business development teams, ability to partner with and provide guidance on customer marketing best practices.
