Global SaaS vendor of talent software from acquisition to management, across the employee lifecycle. They enable businesses to make effective and informed decisions based on AI powered people science. They are experiencing rapid growth across all international markets and as such are looking to grow their marketing team. The Director of Solutions Marketing & Enablement is a newly created role that will develop and drive overall GTM strategy.
- Own all company/solution/product GTM strategy, including oversight of collateral and global sales enablement.
- Lead the international product marketing team and act as a spokesperson for the business with both customers and analysts, ensuring clear articulation of the company value proposition.
- Own all solution/product/platform messaging, building persona insight and thought leadership that drives campaign activity and pipeline conversion.
- Champion the voice of the customer, partner with creative agencies to deliver innovative messages and measure all impact of global product marketing and enablement activity.
- Proven track record of leading product and/or solution marketing gained in a B2B SaaS business, ideally with an international remit.
- Able to convey technical/complex messages in simple, clear and concise language, experienced in customer and analyst communication/presentations.
- High energy and a positive outlook, equally comfortable working and making decisions independently and as part of a global team.
- Skilled in team leadership/development as well as planning, vendor and budget management.
c£100K + bonus
