EMEA Field Marketing Director

Due to rapid growth across EMEA, this industry leading sales performance/management SaaS vendor, is looking to hire their first Field Marketing Director for the region. Working closely with both the CMO and GM EMEA the focus will be on driving pipeline growth and conversion, owning the EMEA marketing strategy and full execution.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive customer acquisition, maximise pipeline generation and improve EMEA ROI through efficient and targeted investment.
- Build a high performing team that will work across EMEA, defining region requirements across corporate; product; demand; content marketing.
- Ensure collaboration across marketing and sales for EMEA campaign execution.
- Ensure the global partner marketing strategy can be deployed regionally.
Background:
- B2B SaaS field marketing experience is essential, ideally gained in a high growth environment.
- Proven track record of building and leading high performing EMEA marketing teams.
- Comfortable supporting both direct and channel sales teams across digital and non-digital channels.
- Commercially focused and data driven.
