- Set and deliver the overall global marketing strategy with a focus initially on emerging markets across Asia, drive lead generation, oversee a complete digital transformation and build a recognised brand among target consumers.
- Lead a team to deliver all external comms and PR together with promotions and campaigns.
- Build a strong in-house marketing function and develop global/local partners who will deliver against marketing objectives.
- Represent the company across multiple formats, acting as a spokesperson and brand evangelist.
- Significant senior level B2C marketing expertise with a strong digital element.
- Deep understanding of emerging markets, particularly across Asia.
- Track record of delivery in a global role managing complex and large scale digital projects.
- Commercially astute with the passion and drive to lead a geographically dispersed team.
