Responsibilities:

• Lead proposal development from submission to close, working closely with business leaders to develop compelling win-themes tailored for vertical alignment, client messaging, and stakeholder role.
• Take ownership of the lifecycle of each proposal opportunity.
• Serve as liaison between multiple groups to facilitate the deal process and ensure engaging content in company proposals.
• Lead ongoing development and curation of a proposal content library, including case studies, and ensure content accuracy.

Background:

• Prior related experience in project management, pursuit, sales or marketing.
• Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service and a track record of successful, positive stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience in IT outsourcing/BPO marketplace is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Office Suite products.
