Global Recruitment Marketing Campaign Lead
This role will shape global Recruitment Marketing campaigns in line with the RM strategy with the goal to deliver GTM strategies and frameworks for the regions to execute locally.
- Develop “blueprint” Recruitment Marketing campaigns in line with the recruitment marketing strategy with a global and regional perspective.
- Manage end-to-end global campaigns that have key priority, to support the hiring demand and growth strategy.
- Deliver go-to-market frameworks that can be rolled out successfully in the regions by partnering closely with local RM teams.
- Partner with the creative team to build the needed assets and materials that support the GTM campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience in the B2B tech sector.
- Excellent campaign development and execution experience.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills required.
- Comfortable working autonomously and across all organisational levels.
