A hyper-growth fintech start-up and one of the largest players in the global digital asset marketspace require an exceptional Growth Marketer to scale the company to it's ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategy and operational plan for each product across all relevant channels.
• Own the execution of all marketing activities, including evolving the plan as required and hands on execution. 
• Collaborate across the business to design and execute campaigns to generate high quality leads. 
• Develop communications strategy and relationships with the media. 

Background:

• Direct marketing experience in high growth, VC backed start-up, ideally in B2B SaaS or Fintech. 
• Demonstrable experience of impacting key metrics through marketing activities. 
• Ability and interest to learn about financial products and technologies quickly and independently.
• Able to succeed in flexible environment with a fact based approach to marketing.
