A newly created role, due to rapid growth of the business, working closely with the CRO to set and drive marketing strategy.
- Develop and implement the GTM strategy, implementing an effective ABM demand generation programme.
- Work with sales to target market segments and identify gaps in personas etc.
- Own all online marketing campaigns as part of an integrated content and SEO strategy, including social media planning, testing new digital activities, continually improving marketing effectiveness.
- Able to lead and develop a current team of two with further hiring underway, in addition to identification and appointment of agencies.
- Significant B2B demand generation expertise gained in a SaaS, e-commerce, analytics or BI company.
- Successful ABM campaign delivery
- Data/metric driven together with hands on knowledge of current marketing tools, e.g. Marketo/Eloqua/Hubspot etc.
- Team mentoring/leadership track record.
