Head of Growth
● Develop and execute a comprehensive ROI positive growth strategy including Account Based and digital marketing to meet business goals, subsequently develop and execute multi-channel marketing plan including but not limited to paid and organic search, display, email marketing, social media, and events.
● Create Marketing KPI reporting for key constituents (i.e. executive team, marketing team).
● Generate analysis using funnel and campaign data to identify opportunities and create campaigns to drive growth.
● Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns to target accounts and key personas within those accounts across buying stages.
● Collaborate with sales and product teams to align Demand Generation efforts with business goals and objectives, including Account Based strategy and execution.
● Proven results leading a team to develop and execute digital and event driven demand generation, specifically has leveraged Paid and Organic Search, Display, Organic and Paid Social and virtual and in-person events targeting target personas.
● Data driven, results oriented marketer with a bias for action.
● Embraces agile testing mentality with focus on conversion rate optimization for all funnel stages.
● Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
● Is a MarTech expert.
