Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, and develop a team of ambitious marketers to reach their full potential and hit ambitious personal and team growth targets.
- Lead a full brand, website, and content refresh, transforming the company profile and relaunching the bold and innovative new brand to a client and vendor community.
- Create and drive an ambitious multi-touch digital inbound and outbound strategy across email, social, digital, events, brand, PR, content, website, SEO, PPC, and advertising that delivers an exceptional user experience to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Raise the profile of the business within key vendors and clients through core relationship building and networking.
Background
- Extensive experience of B2B marketing within the technology sector, ideally within the channel or partner community.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills; an inspiring leader that can scale and manage a high-impact team and influence and inspire at senior leadership level.
- Track record of motivating a team, delegating effectively as appropriate, and managing performance.
- Highly strategic yet hands-on, able to balance long term strategy with short term results.
