Plan, develop and deliver programmes and campaigns that are aligned to strategy to drive customer interest and demand for Database, ERP, customer success and productivity.

Support EMEA teams (currently DACH and Benelux) with programmes to achieve growth targets.
Owns and reviews the marketing funnel in conjunction with the lead development team to maintain lead velocity and pipeline health.
Monitors campaign impact, effectiveness, and market penetration rates to formulate recommendations to improve results.


Extensive experience driving revenue-generating marketing programs in complex, cross functional organisations within the Business Applications or wider technology space.

Excellent knowledge of the program management process, including segmentation and persona based targeting.
Experience utilising Salesforce, Marketo and/or other CRM/ Automation tools.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
