Who do we need?
- An ambitious recruitment consultant (permanent or interim) with a proven track record of achievement.
- A motivated 2nd jobber with strong business development and networking skills.
- Marketing, Technology or Sales recruitment experience would be brilliant but we’re open to transferrable skills from other sectors.
Your job in a nutshell:
- Provide 360° recruitment – run end to end campaigns from sourcing candidates to post placement follow-up.
- Own your niche within a niche – build and manage a specialist portfolio of clients.
- Be at the centre of your area of expertise – network with candidates and clients at events, conferences and on social media.
