As Recruitment Marketing Specialist you will work with regional marketing and recruitment teams to build brand awareness campaigns using a combination of tactics and programs to build the employer brand.
  
Responsibilities:

• Create employer brand awareness campaigns to build company brand.
• Manage and execute paid digital campaigns across social media platforms.
• Create compelling content to attract and engage candidates.
• Analyse results and report to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness.

  
Background:

• Fluent/native Spanish speaker - essential
• Previous experience of working on recruitment marketing and employer brand awareness campaigns.
• B2B technology sector background is highly desirable.
• Strong copywriting experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
