Recruitment Marketing Specialist – contract until August 2020
As Recruitment Marketing Specialist you will work with regional marketing and recruitment teams to build brand awareness campaigns using a combination of tactics and programs. This is a part time contract role, 3-4 days a week with an immediate start.
- Create employer brand awareness campaigns to build company brand.
- Manage and execute paid digital campaigns across social media platforms.
- Create compelling content to attract and engage candidates.
- Analyse results and report to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness.
- Previous experience of working on recruitment marketing and employer brand awareness campaigns.
- B2B technology sector background is highly desirable.
- Strong copywriting experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
