With offices in London, San Francisco and other US locations, the VP of Sales and Marketing will have the opportunity to play a key role in this high growth, fast paced and innovative agency. The company is looking for a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to join the US team. In this role, the VP will implement best-in-class B2B marketing solutions and adopt new and emerging technologies.

About The Role
As VP Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for externally positioning the solutions portfolio and company as the only business that can truly support modern revenue generation functions in global enterprises. Working with Executive leaders, you will design and execute the client’s GTM plan and own the sales growth number globally.

You will need to be creative and able to apply critical thinking skills to bring teams together across the organization while solving unique problems for clients.

  • Design GTM plan for a portfolio of revenue generating products and services that integrate digital marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Achieve aggressive growth targets
  • Monitor market performance and explore new markets for growth opportunities
  • Implement best-in-class marketing solutions and adopt new and emerging technologies

Background

  • 8+ years in a sales and marketing role
  • 10+ years’ experience in digital marketing, martech and/or demand generation
  • Proven track record of hitting aggressive sales targets
  • Strong financial analysis, modelling, and business presentation skills
  • Proven experience in winning global, enterprise clients ($1m+ annual spend per client)
  • Experience coaching teams to develop individuals both personally and professionally
  • Experience building global teams and creating a collaborative environment
  • Strong commercial acumen to ensure maximum recovery of time within the team and to drive value selling of the agency’s services as they develop
  • Excellent client-facing, networking, and internal communication skills
  • Proven ability to use sound judgement when working with teams and executive decision makers
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
