As Digital Marketing Operations Manager you will lead the creation, optimization and activation of campaign activities using Marketo, to support all go-to market tactics and channels.
The role will partner with country/field marketers in all phases of campaign framework, including request submission, requirements gathering, asset build out, custom campaign flows/logic, testing, engagement tracking, secluded execution and reporting.
This is a 6 month contract due to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to create/modify localised programmes from templates, complex campaign/nurture flows, emails, web forms, landing pages, dynamic content and ad-hoc reports.
- Support with Marketo features including program set up, data management, trigger and batch smart campaigns, A/B testing, real-time alerts, manual campaign response tracking and reporting and analytics.
- Attend and participate in weekly Marketo Ops team sync calls.
- Provide additional support to wider global organisation as required.
Background:
- Experience of B2B campaign design, integrated marketing and demand generation.
- Previous Marketo experience is essential. Marketo Certification highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently to tight deadlines, as well as part of a team.
