- Execute campaign strategies across channels that bring in new customers and also encourage existing customers to renew.
- Be a point of contact between the business and suppliers, such as data providers, agencies and printers.
- Constantly monitor and optimise the campaigns' performance, using data and reports to make decisions.
- Deliver monthly direct mail campaigns, working on creative, approach and delivery.
- Extensive experience of direct marketing across a variety of channels including both offline and online methods.
- Experience using marketing automation tools or email sending platforms.
- Ability to work on multiple campaigns at the same time, all at different stages.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to deliver in a hands-on manner.
