The Role
Our client is seeking a talented and self-driven Director of Demand Generation. This person will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating marketing campaign planning, execution, and measurement processes. This individual will also translate knowledge of the industry, the buyer audience, and marketing objectives into strategic marketing campaign plans that deliver awareness, conversions, sales leads, and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end campaigns that engage prospects in a fully integrated buying experience across digital, social, and event marketing to meet demand generation outcomes
  • Define common campaign themes, structure and elements to be used across the global organization
  • Document the responsibilities of various marketing functions during the campaign planning and execution stages and coordinate tactics for all aspects of each campaign. This includes the definition of campaign goals, messaging, marketing distribution channels, and campaign schedules
  • Test and refine new campaign approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences
  • Develop systems to measure and track metrics surrounding all marketing campaigns, including the identification of KPIs in order to optimize strategies
  • Develop campaign scorecards, regularly tracking results and providing updates. Use campaign data to identify trends and opportunities

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience running B2B end-to-end integrated campaigns
  • Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion in a fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or comparable education/experience preferred
  • Ability to be both strategic and hands-on, with a strong ability to coordinate with different stakeholders to make our campaigns a success
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment to rapidly accomplish work and optimize campaign outcomes
  • Demonstrated operational excellence in teamwork and project management
  • A natural eye for detail and a mind that is experimental, analytical, and creative
