Having worked for a number of high growth and transformational companies, they are experts in quickly understanding what needs to be done to drive demand and growth.

Deborah

Learning her trade in-house, Deborah has over 25 years’ experience leading Global Brand, Communications, and Marketing at innovative companies including 3Com, Poly, and Corel. Her expertise spans full-funnel corporate priorities from reputation and awareness to marketing operations, demand strategy and growth initiatives’ helping to propel organizations forward in competitive industries. Deborah has built and mentored world-class, award-winning teams who engage across the business and industry building partnerships, credibility, and trust. With a passion for compelling storytelling and strategic positioning, Deborah successfully led the communications strategy to take Exasol to IPO, while also spearheading their transformational CSR, ESG, and philanthropy initiatives. At Wartsila, she drove brand and marketing M&A for the integration of four brands under a single business unit.

Kelly

Cutting her teeth in the agency land first, Kelly led global integrated marketing programs for some of the world’s leading brands such as Google, Vodafone and HP. Discovering her love of scale-ups, Kelly launched Zuora, Nest and Box into Europe and Middle East – supporting their global growth investment and acquisition strategies. Following this, Kelly moved in-house where for the last nine years she’s been growing, mentoring and up-skilling growth marketing teams, driving brand to demand programs, overhauling brand identities and messaging, creating categories, overseeing customer success initiatives, delivering award-winning content marketing campaigns, overseeing influencer programs, and shaping corporate and C-suite profiles for investment and pre-IPO at some of the most exciting transformational tech brands on the circuit.
