Roles & Responsibilities

  • As a leader of an Account team, you are responsible for developing and executing integrated strategies that aligned with our client's goals and objectives.
  • Being the primary point of contact, you ensure client satisfaction by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You were also able to foster growth and expand our client portfolio by leading client pitches. By collaborating with internal teams, you are able to deliver innovative and effective solutions that met client needs and exceeded expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or related roles within an advertising agency
  • Proven track record of excellent business development achievements, alongside retaining clientele with excellent client & account management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and industry trends
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationship and navigate challenging situations with professionalism and integrity
