As Recruitment Marketing Manager you will be responsible for creating and executing recruitment marketing campaigns across Europe, with a focus on Inclusion & Diversity Strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Inclusion & Diversity strategy and campaigns, as well as providing support with wider recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Digital advertising and channel management, including job boards and organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Managing a team of regional contractors.
• Stakeholder management, and reporting on campaign results.

  
Background:

• Previous experience within recruitment marketing, preferably with experience of Inclusion & Diversity Strategy.
• B2B technology sector experience is highly desirable.
• Experience of managing a team.
• Strong communications and copywriting skills.
