As Recruitment Marketing Specialist you will work with regional marketing and recruitment teams to build brand awareness campaigns using a combination of tactics and programs to build the employer brand. This is a contract role until the end of December 2021, with potential to be extended.

As Recruitment Marketing Specialist you will work with regional marketing and recruitment teams to build brand awareness campaigns using a combination of tactics and programs to build the employer brand. This is a contract role until the end of December 2021, with potential to be extended.
Responsibilities:
- Create employer brand awareness campaigns to build company brand.
- Manage and execute paid digital campaigns across social media platforms.
- Create compelling content to attract and engage candidates.
- Analyse results and report to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness.
Background:
- Previous experience of working on recruitment marketing and employer brand awareness campaigns is highly desirable.
- B2B technology sector background.
- Strong copywriting experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
