The Marketing Services team are integral to the agency's integrated proposition and there is substantial growth anticipated in this area, particularly in Account Based Marketing (ABM), in the next three years. The Associate Director will play a crucial role in this growth by leading, managing, and developing a strategic client portfolio containing some of the agency’s largest accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a £1m+ client portfolio, consisting of large names and challenger brands in the B2B tech space, ensuring high quality delivery and performance.
• Be a consultative, trusted advisor for your clients to develop and maintain strong advocate relationships.
• Lead with purpose and by example. As a critical member of the senior team, you will be setting the standard and expectations for leadership, teamwork and results.
• Understand the competitive landscape and define approaches to differentiate the Marketing Services and ABM value proposition in the marketplace.

Background:

• A proven track record in integrated B2B technology marketing, within an agency setting, including ABM.
• Demonstrable team leadership experience with desire to motivate and develop a team.
• An entrepreneurial outlook, backed up by solid new business experience and a strong track record in organic growth of client budgets.
• Superb client relationship skills and experience of resource and budget management.
