Responsibilities
- Lead a team of marketers to build high end quality marketing campaigns with emphasis on ROI.
- Develop a campaign strategy that is robust and delivers segment-specific marketing with strong focus on pipeline.
- Manage and support a team of marketers with emphasis on personal development plans for the members of your team supporting their career growth.
- Work closely with the VP of Marketing and senior stakeholders developing ambitious segment strategies against the overall goals and objectives.
Background
- Well versed in developing and leading small teams.
- Ability to create and shape strategy but also roll-up sleeves and do the delivery.
- Good understanding of marketing automation and salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
