Head of Marketing Operations


  • Develop and manage marketing attribution models to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure Marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and customer needs
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance to identify areas for optimization and improvement


  • Extensive experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B technology company
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce etc)
  • Knowledge of lead scoring methodologies and best practices
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively

c£100K + bonus
