Description
Head of Marketing Operations
SaaS
London/Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing attribution models to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Oversee the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure Marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and customer needs
- Analyse and report on campaign performance to identify areas for optimization and improvement
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B technology company
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce etc)
- Knowledge of lead scoring methodologies and best practices
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
c£100K + bonus
