Responsibilities: 

• Develop, execute and continually monitor a fully integrated digital marketing plan that is aligned to sales targets and priority markets.
• Lead marketing team, guiding, monitoring and measuring activities while establishing a performance-driven culture.
• Contribute to the maintenance of marketing process consistency, ensuring lead flow is optimised.
• Partner closely with the senior leadership team.

Background:

• Prior relevant B2B tech marketing experience, ideally in business application software.
• Experience managing and developing marketing teams in a performance-driven culture, and managing marketing budgets.
• Deep understanding of both marketing and sales processes and methodology.
• Experience working in and marketing to SME's

Salary c£100k-£110k plus £40k bonus.
