Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate complete job knowledge and thorough understanding of Agency process, routing procedures, digital routing platform, and roles and responsibilities of team members
• Gain working knowledge of Clients’ systems and procedures for project tracking, submissions, etc.
• Manage day-to-day activities pertaining to given work stream – preparing daily hot sheets/EOD lists, leading weekly internal status meetings and maintaining corresponding report, organizing kickoff meetings, timeline development, and refinement
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects routing, upholding strong attention to detail, adhering to Agency process, and ensuring quality control

Background:

• Prior marketing experience in Healthcare
• Demonstrable experience running marketing campaigns for the Danish market.
• Mac and/or Microsoft Office
• Relevant qualification to the industry
