Description
Head of Demand Generation
SaaS/IT
London / Manchester / Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading a team of demand generation and digital marketers as well as Business Development Executives.
- Building and owning the demand generation strategy and plans including executing, and optimising marketing campaigns with a focus on attracting and engaging new business prospects, nurturing leads, and optimising conversion pathways.
- Developing and executing integrated multi-channel programs and campaigns that help drive new incremental revenue growth opportunities from an existing customer base, including Account-Based Marketing.
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of the digital ecosystem and channels including digital team management (inhouse and agency).
Background:
- Proven B2B marketer, extensive experience in Demand Generation, ideally from IT Services/IT consultancy, or Software/SaaS/Technology companies.
- Have a strong understanding of demand generation programs and a proven track record of owning campaigns, generating high quality leads, and driving pipeline growth.
- Exposure to working closely with sales leaders, sales teams, and BDEs to drive leads is a must (direct and indirect channels).
- Experienced team leader and people manager.
