As Talent Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing personalised marketing plans to grow company awareness as an employer of choice. This will include planning and executing content, social media, recruiting events, as well as other talent marketing projects.
 
Responsibilities:

• Build and execute on long term global talent marketing plans.
• Execute campaigns across social media, job boards, emails and other digital marketing channels. Monitor effectiveness and share recommendations.
• Plan and execute events, and measure impact.
• Develop short term and long term attraction and nurture campaigns in support of recruiting priorities and goals.

Background:

• Previous experience of recruitment marketing or employer branding campaigns is essential.
• Project/program management experience.
• Ability to manage cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, focused on measuring ROI for marketing campaigns and events.
