Senior Marketing Operations Manager
Software
London/Remote
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing attribution models to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Create and manage campaign processes and workflows, from ideation to execution.
- Maintain a lead scoring model to ensure Marketing and Sales are aligned on lead quality.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure Marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and customer needs.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in marketing operations, preferably in a fast growing B2B technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and reporting on marketing attribution and campaign performance.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of lead scoring methodologies and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
